Cancellation Policy
I accept cancellations up until 8:00 pm the night before a scheduled lesson without a fee for service being asked for from my clients.
For a cancellation after 8:00 pm on the day before or on the day of a scheduled lesson, I ask that my clients either pay me for the lesson or schedule a make-up lesson at the time of cancellation.
When a scheduled lesson is missed without notification prior to the lesson time, full payment for that lesson is expected.
Late Arrival Policy
To manage my swim schedule most efficiently I schedule lessons on every half hour and therefore must begin all lessons at the time scheduled. If you arrive late for a lesson I will perform as much of that lesson as time allows for the full price.
Discount Policies
I offer 4% discounts for every referral (new student) who books with me for the 2011 season.
Parent location during swim lessons
During lesson time I ask that the parents (if comfortable) to move out of sight of their child. I encourage you to watch if you can without being seen. For the last 5 minutes of the lesson I will call you back so your child can demonstrate their progress for that day.
